Chinese Scalp Acupuncture

Chinese scalp acupuncture, also known as head acupuncture, is a contemporary acupuncture technique integrating traditional Chinese needling methods with Western medical knowledge of brain anatomy. It has been proven to be a very effective technique for treating acute and chronic central nervous system disorders. It often produces remarkable results with just a few needles and usually brings about immediate improvement, sometimes taking only several seconds to a minute.

Refers to the use of CAM together with conventional medicine.

Integrative Medicine

Refers to the use of both conventional and CAM treatments for which there is evidence of safety and effectiveness.

Channel or avenue through which Chi travels through the body.
